Skilled Carpenter/Handyperson

AdventCare is a ‘not for profit’ organisation offering aged care that embraces Christian values and provide a home for people requiring all levels of care. The organisation is highly regarded in the community. We currently have vacancies for casual and part time Laundry and Cleaning Staff Care at our Whitehorse Facility in Nunawading.

• Cert III in Carpentry (preferred) or strong experience as a Handyperson.
• Long-term career growth with a non for-profit Retirement living organisation.

The successful applicant/s will have:

• Positions subject to a successful NDIS check
• Mandatory Covid-19 Vaccination
• Be courteous and respectful of the elderly
• Have good customer service skills
• Be punctual
• Have a good attention to detail
• Enjoy working in a team
• Have the ability to work under limited direction
